Payment Schedule
At time of reservation................................................................$500 per person deposit
120 days prior to departure......................................................$500 per person (plus any unpaid deposit)
60 days prior to departure.................................................................balance
Your initial $500 deposit must be made by credit card. Each participant must submit a separate signed
application prior to departure.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cancel your trip, the following charges apply figured as of the date we receive your written notice.
More than 120 days prior to trip departure....................................0%
120 - 61 days prior to departure...................................................25% of package cost (excluding air)
60 days or fewer prior to departure............................................100% of package cost (excluding air)
Refunds on the air portion of your trip may be different and dependent on ticket fare regulations.
Once an airline ticket has been issued, the ticket may be non-refundable, non-transferable,
non-rerouteable, and non-changeable without total loss or, if changed, a substantial penalty.
Trip Cancellation Insurance and Dive Accident Insurance
Trip cancellation/interruption coverage is highly recommended. We also recommend additional insurance
to cover injury and expenses related to scuba diving. Both types of policy may be obtained through
